- This load cell amplifier is a small breakout board for HX711 IC that can easily read the load cell to measure weight. Also included is the Load Sensing Combiner, which works great with our Load Cell Amplifier Breakout Board; the five pins on the edge of the combiner line up directly with the five pins on the amplifier
- By connecting the amplifier to your microcontroller you will be able to read the change in load cell resistance and with some calibration you will be able to get a very accurate weight measurement.
- We separated the analog and digital power and added a 3.3uH inductor and a 0.1uF filter capacitor for digital power
- The default output data rate is 80SPS, you can also choose 10SPS, HX711 uses a two-wire interface (clock and data) to communicate
- The load cells use a four-wire Wheatstone bridge configuration to connect to the HX711. these colors are usually red, black, white, GRN, YLW.
